Allow this to simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-25742-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal\">Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and toasted oats powder once the tomatoes are soft and half the water has been drained.<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-25742-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal\">Cook these for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-25742-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal\">Allow the mixture to cool before blending it into a fine paste.<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-25742-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal\">Heat the oil in another vessel. Now, add the whole spices as well as the ginger garlic paste.
